Overview: A food truck serving traditional Cambodian foods. “Yaum” in the Khmer language means “eat”. It’s similar sounding to the English word, “yum”.
Challenge: Create interest for the Cambodian culture for a growing city with a size-able population of Cambodians.
Solution: A food truck that serves traditional cuisine’s as both a cultural introduction to Jacksonville and a nostalgic experience for local Cambodians to enjoy.

A mad-lib is included on the menu to try to encourage customers to learn Khmer, the Cambodian language.

The uniform has an illustration of a bowl of noodles with khmer words written for each item on the shirt. When a workers back is turned, customers are able to read and learn.
The pattern is reminiscent of traditional Cambodian textiles.
